Abstract:A rice (Oryza sativa L. ) molecular linkage map has been constructed form over 52 random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers with the double haploid (DH) population. It covered a total genetic distance of over 898.4 cM (centimorgan) with 17.3 cM between markers and was complemental with RFLP linkage map.
