Abstract:Anefectofafortifiedfertilizerbypoly(γglutamicacid)ontheyieldandqualityofpoted
Brasicachinensiswasstudied.Theresultsshowedthatthecontentsofchlorophyl,abovegroundfresh
weight,nitrate,vitaminCandammoniumnitrogenwithγPGAtreatmenthadremarkablediferences
comparedwiththecontrol.Undernormalfertilization,thetreatmentwith50mg/kgofγPGAledtosig
nificantincreasingofchlorophylundergroundfreshweightcomparedwiththecontrol.Inparticular,the
productionofabovegroundfreshweightwasincreasedby88%.Theeficiencyofammoniumnitrogen
andnitrogenwasimprovedby106%.Thenitratecontentdecreasedby448% andthecontentofVcin
creasedby181%,byusing100mg/kgofγPGA.Whennitrogenfertilizerreducedby15%,thetreat
mentof20mg/kgofγPGAimprovedthenitrogenuseeficiencyby102%-116%.
