摘 要 :采用吹扫捕集-气质联用法分析了侧柏(Platycladus orientalis L.)韧皮部的挥发物,并与常用的热脱附-气质联用法进行了比较。结果表明,仅用0.2g材料,吹扫5min即可得到较好的分离鉴定结果,通过增加2min反吹时间能明显降低空气峰和水峰的影响;该方法测得的各组分与热脱附法测的组分种类相同,均检测到9种单萜和3种倍半萜,但各组分在相对含量上有差异。与热脱附法相比,吹扫捕集法具有采样量少,不受吸附剂干扰和不受穿透体积影响的特点,有利于低沸点挥发物的测定,适于针叶植物挥发物的快速检测。
Abstract:A purge & trap injector (PTI)-GC/MS was used to detect volatiles in Platycladus orientalis L. phloem. Data were compared with the thermo-desorption & cold trap (TCT)-GC/MS method. Results showed that sample quantity of 02g and purge time of 5 minutes were adequate for separation and identification, and that backflash time of 2 minutes was sufficient for effectively removing the water vapor from the air and deicing the trap. Nine monoterpenes and three sesquiterpenes were identified by using both methods. Compared with TCT-GC/MS, PTI-GC/MS has the advantages of less quantity of samples required, no interference by absorbent, no thermal decomposition, and more sensitive to the monoterpenes, making it effective for rapid and accurate determination of conifer volatiles.
