摘 要 ：将来自内蒙古不同地区及吉林盐碱地的羊草 ( Leymuschinensis)种子同时栽培于校园 ,以 5个样点 (阿旗、定位站、西乌旗、谢尔塔拉、吉林 )的羊草幼叶为材料 ,选用 2 0个随机短引物 ( 1 0 nt)进行了 DNA随机扩增 ,共计获得 1 0 0个多态性片段。所得 RAPD数据利用自编的计算机软件进行聚类分析、构建分子进化树 ,结果表明 :定位站和西乌旗遗传距离最近 ,应为同一生态型 ;而吉林和谢尔塔拉分属不同生态型 ;阿旗较特殊与其它 4个地理种群有很大区别 ,也应单独作为一种生态型。此结果与对羊草的水分胁迫下游离脯氨酸含量变化的聚类图较相近 ,从而进一步证实水分是影响羊草种群间遗传变异和生态型分化的一个最主要的因子。

Abstract:The Leymus chinensis from different geographic populations were cultured in the campus and were used as materials in this research.Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was applied to these populations.Twenty random 10 mer primers yielded one hundred RAPD polymophic bands.Bands were scored (+/-) and un weighed pair group method with arithmetic mean(UPGMA) was used to generate dendrograms showing genetic relationships among the evaluated L.chinensis populations.Cluster analysis showed tha...
