Abstract:When the content of the soil soluble inorganic P is higher than 50 mg/kg,this part of phosphorus must be removed before fumigation treatment.Otherwise,the measurement of soil microbial biomass P would be severely interfered by the presence of a large amount of inorganic P in soil extract.This paper discusses the methods to remove soil soluble inorganic P.
