摘 要 ：从实验测得的林内外 Ci/ Ca差值出发 ,根据已有定量方程 ,对树木年轮 δ13C含量的幼龄效应进行了定量化探讨 ,得出林内外植物 Ci/ Ca的差别将平均造成林内植物δ13C低于林外植物δ13C约 5.2‰ ,并由此指出林外比林内植物光合羧化酶 Ru P2 对 CO2 中 13C和 12 C的分部效应 b必然要高 2‰～ 4‰。才能补偿由 Ci/ Ca和δa的差别所造成的林内外树木δ13C的差值 ,因此在研究中不应简单地将 b作为常数对待。这一结论对于定量地研究和应用树木年轮δ13C进行环境 CO2 和δa重建具有重要意义。

Abstract:Using the results of the discrepancy of Ci/Ca inside and outside the forest and the equations of tree ring δ 13 C, we tried to quantitatively explain the juvenile effects of tree ring δ 13 C content, It was found that the discrimination of the RuP 2 against 13 C must be 2‰~4‰ greater outside than that inside the forest to compensate for the great discrepancy of δ 13 C made by the differen contribution from Ci/Ca and δ a.
