摘 要 ：本文在静态实验条件下,研究了铜-富里酸-藻体系中铜对小球藻的毒性效应及描述毒性效应的定量模型。无富里酸存在时,0.55mg/l的铜可抑制小球藻生长率的50％,当铜浓度为4.3mg/l时,小球藻仍有微弱的生长。水生富里酸对小球藻既有保护作用,又有刺激作用且富里酸太多时抑制小球藻生长。在铜和富里酸对藻类生长的综合影响模型中,小球藻的生长率与铜浓度关系为累积对数正态分布曲线,富里酸对小球藻的刺激作用为负指数曲线关系,富里酸与铜的络合作用可用单配位基络合模型表述,用上述三者的综合模型预测不同富里酸、铜浓度时小球藻的生长率与实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:The toxic effect of copper on the growth rate of green algae, Chlorella vulgaris, in copper-fulvic acid-algae system was studied. It was shown that copper of 0.55mg L-1 caused a 50% decrease in the growth rate of algae in the medium without fulvic acid and the addition of fulvic acid inhibited the tixic effect of copper.
