摘 要 ：本文通过试验提出了一种准确、简易、快速的棉红铃虫抗药性测定方法－初孵幼虫滤纸药膜法。并利用这种方法测定了棉红铃虫田间种群对甲基对硫磷和溴氰菊酯的抗性，结果发现安徽安庆、湖北江陵和天门３个种群对溴氰菊酯分别产生了２０３．８、３．７和４．２倍抗性，安庆种群还对甲基对硫磷产生４．４倍的低水平抗性，而浙江慈溪种群对甲基对硫磷的敏感性正在降低，ＬＤ５０值增高２．４倍。这些结果与当地的实际用药情况相符，说明初
