摘 要 ：作者系统研究了黑纹粉蝶越夏蛹和越冬蛹体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的变化。结果表明:滞育蛹在滞育期间CAT活力与温度密切相关,越夏蛹在越夏期间CAT活力处在低水平是夏季高温所致,而越冬蛹在越冬期间CAT活力处在高水平是冬季低温所致。滞育蛹的CAT活力明显低于同期的非滞育蛹。本试验结果有助于理解高温能够抑制该虫滞育的发育,而低温则促进了滞育的发育这一生理现象。
