摘 要 ：本文研究了亚致死剂量苏云金杆菌蜡螟亚种(Bacillus thuringiensis galleriae)晶体蛋白对大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)幼虫物质代谢的影响。结果表明,大蜡螟幼虫经亚致死剂量B.t.galleriae晶体蛋白处理后,中肠糖原、组蛋白及RNA的量均较正常幼虫减少。处理组幼虫整体匀浆物中可溶性蛋白质含量也较正常幼虫低。大蜡螟幼虫经B.t.galleriae晶体蛋白处理后中肠上皮细胞明显空泡化,并发生解体。
