摘 要 ：对黄陵林区人类活动频繁区和人类活动较少区土壤、侧柏的一些生理指标进行了测定，人类活动频繁区比起活动较少区，侧柏生境的土壤pH值增高不显著，有机质含量，速效磷含量、土壤不量降低极为显著，土壤呼吸减弱极为显著，土地板结现象严重，从而进一步影响到了侧柏的生长，导致人类活动频繁区侧柏的光合强度，蒸腾强度减弱，气孔导度减小。结果表明：采取有效措施保护黄帝陵环境和古柏已迫在眉睫。
