摘 要 ：富钾植物空心莲子草[Alternanthera philaxeroides(Mart．)Griseb．]、商陆(Phytolacca esculenta Van Houtt．)离体叶片下表皮在光照下经不同浓度K^ 、Na^ 处理30min，观察K^ 、Na^ 对气孔运动的影响。结果表明：Na^ 能促进富钾植物叶片的气孔开放，当外界K^ 、Na^ 浓度在1．00％范围内，Na^ 增大气孔开放率和气孔开度比相应浓度K^ 的效果好；当浓度高于1．00％时，效果恰好相反。
