摘 要 ：研究了重金属汞离子(Hg^2 )对萝卜种子发芽及幼苗某些生理特性的影响。结果表明，随着汞离子浓度的增加和处理时间的延长，萝卜种子的发芽率和发芽指数以及幼苗的生长势和生长量均明显下降。幼苗子叶叶绿素a、b的含量下降。幼苗根系、茎叶过氧化物酶的活性则明显升高。
