摘 要 ：采用PCR直接测序法，对木兰属国产组(各1种)和含笑属各组(各1种)的叶绿体DNA，matK基因序列进行测定分析，结果表明：木兰属和含笑属不能明显区分开，故不支持以顶生花和腋生花来划分木兰族和含笑族。
