Abstract:Using the fast-growing Pyllostachys pubescens and Masson pine as raw materials and applying the bending theories of quadric orthogonal anisotropic composite laminated board, the structures and properties of the bamboo & wood composite container floor were designed in theories and proved by tests. The effects of compression ratio and pressing technology on the properties of bamboo & wood composite container floor were systematically studied. And compamtive analysis of the properties of this new container floor with apitong plywood container floor is made. The results show that synthetical property of the bamboo &. Wood composite container floor manufacred with rationlized structure and technology was not inferior to that of apitong plywood container floor, and it was the ideal substitute of apitong plywood for Container floor.
