摘 要 :外担子菌属(Ex:oadifium)的真菌引起树木的细胞增生性和肥大性病害。本研究基于PSA培养基上菌落的形态和性状的模糊解析,以及分离菌株在不同温度、pH值、氮源、碳源下生长曲线的模糊解析和28SrDNA—PCR—RFLP解析,分布于日本的12个种和1个变种的外担子菌属真菌的35个分离菌株被分类为18个菌群。其中9个菌群和传统分类的种是一致的,这些种包括:坏损外担子菌(E.uexunsMass)、网状外担子菌(E.Reticlutum ItO et Sawada)、山茶外担子菌(E.caT)wlliae Shirai)、E.Cylindrosporium Ezuka、E.Shiraianunm P.Heen.、E.Hachijoense Otani,Kakishima et Iijima、E.Bisporum Sawada et Ezuka、E.Pievidisovaifoliae Sawada和E.Symploci-japomicae kusano etTokubuchi;细丽外担子菌(E.Gracile(Shirai)Sydow)的7个菌株分化为4个菌群,表现了种内的地理、寄主分化;日本外担子菌(E.Japonicum Shirai)的7个菌株分化为5个菌群,表现了种内的寄主分化;E.Y)shinagai P.Heen.和E.otanianumEzuka var.Satsumense Zhang et Arai的菌株以及E.Japomicum的3个菌株被分类为1个菌群。
Abstract:The fungus belonging To thegenusEoobasidium(Basidiomycotina,Ustomycetes, Exobasididium(basidomycotina,Ustomycees,Exobasiales)isknownasthepathogen of cell’S hyperplastic and hypertrophic disease ofseveral tree plants.In this study,thirty—five isolates(isolated from Japan)of twelve species and one variety of the genus were divided into eighteen groups based on the fuzzy analysis of culturalproperties(shapes and characters ocolonies;growth curve of the isolates under dif—ferent temperatures,pHs,nitrogen sources and carbon sources)and the analysis of 28S Rd—NA—PeR—RFLP.Among the eighteen groups,nine groups were identical with the species I—dentified by the traditionaltaxonomy.ThesespeciesareE.UexansMassE.Reticulatum ItoetSawadaE.Camelliae ShiraiE.Cylindrosporium Ezuka、E.Shiraianum P.Heen.、Ehachijoense otani,Kakishima et iijima\E.bisporumSawada etEzuka\Ek.pieuidis-ouali-foliae Sawada and E.symploci-japonicaeKusamo etTokubuchi.Tested seven isolates oFe.gracile(Shirai)Sydow were differenment and hosts in the species.Tested seven isolates of E.japonicum Shirai wer differentiated into five groups that showed the differentiation relatedto hosts in the species.Tested isolates ofE.yoshinagai P.Heen.,E.otanianum Ezukavar..satsumense zhanget Araiandthe three isolates of tested seven isolates of E.japonicum were classified into one group.
