Abstract:In order to study the biosynthesized α-APC and β-APC,chromoprotein PCB-ApcA and PCB-ApcB was obtained by in vivo reconstitution in Escherichia coli,and was shown through the absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra.A plasmid containing apcA and apcB was constituted by inserting this two genes in the duet vector with two multiple clone sites separately.Chromoprotein PCB-ApcA and PCB-ApcB could be biosynthesized in vivo simultaneously in E.coli.Through in vivo reconstitution of multiple combinations,(αAPCβAPC)3 could be detected in the cell and αAPCβAPC in the supernatant.
