摘 要 ：运用户级农业生物多样性的评估方法，以西双版纳大卡老寨为例，随机抽取12户农户进行庭院样方和2户典型样方调查，并对关键人物访谈，进行民族医药与生物多样性保护的关系研究。结果表明：1．加强民族医药对农业生物多样性保护具有促进作用；2．传统医药知识正在大量流失，值得重视；3．市场收购对当地物种具有不良影响。提出相应的对策为：1．加强民族民间医药的整理工作；2．加强对农户的培训，传承传统知识；3．制定合理的经济发展措施，保证民族经济的协调发展；4．利用庭院进行稀有、濒危药用植物的保护。

Abstract:Indigenous medicine is important part of indigenous knowledge, about 1/5 plants are used to cure illness. By the re-search in tropic upland village, it is found that the indigenous medicine can evoke local people to preserve 24 medicine plants. So it can be used to improve the richness of agrobiodiversity. But the traditional medicine is facing disappeared, the policy must be took is to improve the important of traditional medicine.
