摘 要 ：青海可可西里地区位于青藏高原的腹地，平均海拔约5000 m，气候干燥寒冷,自然环境极端严酷，植物种类相对贫乏。本文报道了该地区9种植物的染色体核型。它们是：西域龙胆Gentiana clarkei Kusnez.核型公式为2n=24=6m十2sm＋16st(2SAT)；蓝侧金盏花Adonis coerulea Maxim.,核型公式为2n=16=6m＋10sm；镰叶韭Allium carolinianum DC．核型公式为2n=16=12sm＋2sm＋2st；鸦跖花Oxygraphis glacialis(Fish. )Bunge核型公式为2n=16=6m＋6sm+4st；西藏虎耳草Saxifraga tibetica A.Losinsk.核型公式为2n=16=6m＋2sm十8st；单花翠雀花Delphinium candelabrum Ostenf.var.monanthum (Hand．-Mazz．)W．T．Wang核型公式为2n=16=8m＋6sm(2SAT)＋2st；黄花唐古拉翠雀花Delphinium tangkulaense W．T．Wang f. xanthanthum W.T.Wang et S.K.Wu 核型公式为2n=16=2m(2SAT)＋14sm(2SAT)；卵叶银莲花Anemone obstusiloba D．Don ssp．ovalifolia Bruhl核型公式为2n=14=6m+6sm+2t;美花草Callianthemum pimpinellides Hook.f.et Thoms.核型公式为2n=16=6m十10sm。其中除鸦跖花、卵叶银莲花和美花草外，其余种类的染色体本文属首次报道。

Abstract:Hohxil Region, Qinghai, is situated in the hinterland of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. The flora is characterized as poor plant species and simple structure since the average altitude there is about 5000 meters with bitter alpine cold-drought climate and nature condition.
