摘 要 ：对三七(Panax notoginseng)无菌苗中诱导出的愈伤组织进行了分化试验。结果表明，不同的植物激素对三七愈伤组织的分化具有很大的影响。在MS培养基中加入0.5—1.0 mg/L的IBA或IAA能促进愈伤组织根的分化；而加入0.5—l.0 mg/L的BA则能促进愈伤组织芽的分化，但它们的分化率都不很高。其它的植物激素如2，4—D，NAA和KT等对三七愈伤组织分化影响不大，但亦改变愈伤组织的生长状态。把在含BA的培养基上分化的芽转移至含IBA的培养基中培养时，会生长出根，建立了完整的再生植株。再生植株培养于含1.0mg/L IBA+0.1mg/L BA的MS培养基中，能正常生长,其平均生长速率为75.0 mg DW/L.d。对分化的三七愈伤组织与未分化的三七愈伤组织进行了有效成分之一皂甙含量的比较。结果发现，分化的三七愈伤组织皂甙含量为3.39%，比未分化的愈伤组织(皂甙含量1.34%)高1.5倍。

Abstract:The test on differentiation of callus from the sterile seedling of Panax notoginseng (Burk) F. H. Chen was studied. The results demonstrated that the differentiation of P. notoginseng callus was obviously influenced by the different kinds of plant hormones. The MS medium containing 0.5-1.0 mg / L IBA or IAA could promote the differentiation of root, and the MS medium containing 0.5-1.0 mg / L BA could promote the differentiation of shoot. But their rates of differentiation were not very high.
