摘 要 ：目的: 采用复杂系统熵方法,分析抗肺痨方剂的组方规律。 方法 :收集用于防治肺痨的方剂,录入数据库,分别采用改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等复杂系统熵方法,分析药物之间的关联系数、常用药对和核心组合。 结果 :根据477首方剂的分析,确定了防治肺痨方剂中药物出现的频次,常用药对36个,核心组合47个。 结论 :复杂系统熵方法能很好地用于方剂组方规律的研究。

Abstract:Objective : Using complex system entropy method to analyze composing principle of anti-phthisis prescriptions. Method : Collecting prescriptions for anti-phthisis and constructing database for it. Using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster to analyze association between herbs, core combinations of prescriptions. Result : Based on analysis of 477 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb in the database is computed. Moreover, 36 frequently used combinations of herbs and 34 core combinations are mined from the database by complex system entropy method. Conclusion : Complex system entropy method is able to mine composing principle of prescriptions.
