摘 要 ：采用粉末显微鉴别法鉴别了壮骨伸筋胶囊中的红参、狗骨、茯苓、延胡索和洋金花;采用薄层色谱法鉴别了人参皂甙和延胡索乙素;运用双波长薄层扫描法测定了淫羊藿甙含量,其限度应不少于0.380mg/g,平均回收率97.62%(n=5)。

Abstract:Studies have been made on the microscopic identification of red jinseng,dog bone,indian bread,yan-husuo and datura flower in Zhuanggu Shenjin Capoules,as well as on the identification of ginsengside and tetrahy-dropalmatine by TLC and the determination of icarin by dual wavelength TLC-scanning,The content of the latterCompound should be no less than 0.380mg/g and the average rate of recovery 97.62%(n=5).
