摘 要 ：黄连汤对乙醇、盐酸及阿斯匹林诱发的大鼠胃粘膜损伤具有明显的保护作用,对硫酸铜致鸽子呕吐有明显的镇吐作用,小鼠口服黄连汤27g/(kg·d),400倍于临床用量,未见明显毒副反应。

Abstract:The results showed that Huanglion decoction has protective effect on ethanol- ,HCl-and aspirin-induced gastrichemorrhagic lesions in rats and antemetic effect on CuSO₄-induced vomiting in pigeons. A dose of 27g/(kg . d)poapplied in mice showed no toxic action. This dose is 400 times that of clinical application.
