摘 要 ：采用薄层扫描法对芫花不同工艺炮制品中的芫花素进行了含量测定,结果表明芫花不同工艺的炮制品中其含量为0.128%～0.389%,回收率为98.8%,为芫花的最佳炮制工艺筛选提供了部分参考依据。

Abstract:The contents of genkwanin in Flos Genkwa processed in different ways were determined by TLC-densitometry.The result showed that the contents of genkwanin in different samples were 0. 128% ~0. 389% and the rate of reco-very was 98. 8% ,thus offering a reference to the selection of top processing technology.
