摘 要 ：测定了中药浙贝母不同生长年限、不同品种及不同栽培地点实生鳞茎中总生物碱的含量,结果表明符合药典要求,可供药用,为有性繁殖应用于生产提供依据。

Abstract:This paper reports the determination of total alkaloid in the seedling bulbs and cultivars of the traditional Chinese medicine Fritillaria thunbergii. The result shows that the content of total alkaloid reaches the standard value specified in Chinese Pharmacopeia, and thus is useful for further production of sexual propagation.
