摘 要 ：采用低压柱层析法分离制备芫花萜,分离度高,洗脱时间短,一次结晶用高效液相色谱法测定纯度即达芫花萜部标准,是一种简便易行的方法。

Abstract:Preparation of yuanhuacine by low pressure column chromatography gives high separation rate, short washing time and one time crystallization, which comes up to the standard published by the Ministry of Public Health. The method is simple and convenient.
