摘 要 ：报告红毛五加茎皮挥发油成分对体外培养人白血病粒细胞的生物学效应研究。药物作用癌细胞后,其生长受到明显抑制,流式细胞分光光度计测定提示,该药抑制癌细胞合成DNA的各期,阻断了DNA的合成。

Abstract:The study has shown that the essential oil of the stem coriex of Acanthopanax giradii B helps to inhibit tke K562cell growtb, and accortling to FCM deter‘nination, under the aerion of the esaential oil the various phases of DNA syn-thesis in K562 cells are inhibited, but the DNA synthesis in normal cells is not affected.
