摘 要 ：实验结果表明,丹参酚性酸B具有促进其PGI₂的生成,而对于肝粘附性细胞匀浆液中的环加氧酶活性,则具有抑制作用。提示丹参酚性酸B此种作用可能与丹参水溶性成分的抗肝损伤效果有关。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that magnesium lithosperamate B could increase the formation of PGI₂,but itinhibited the cyclooxygenase activity in the homogenate of liver adherent cells, which suggests these functions ofrnagnesium lithosperamate B are related to the anti-liver injury effects of water soluble cornponents of Radix SalviaeMiltiorrhizae.
