摘 要 ：用HPLC法测定愈风宁心片和葛根中葛根素的含量。平均回收率分别为97.19%,100.68%和RSD分别为1.05%,1.31%。本法简便、专属、准确、重现性好。
Abstract:The contents of puerarin in Radix Puerariae and Yufengningxin Tablets were determined by HPLC.The average rates of recovery were 97.19% and 100.68% respectively , and RSD 1.05% and 1.31% respectively.
