摘 要 ：人参挥发油作用于体外培养的SGC-823胃癌细胞24、48和72小时后,用MPV₂型显微分光光度计对单个癌细胞的糖元、琥珀酸脱氢酶和脱氧核糖核酸的定量测定表明,人参挥发油可能是通过抑制癌细胞的核酸代谢、糖代谢及能量代谢而达到抑制癌细胞的生长。

Abstract:After 24, 48 and 72 hours‘ treatment of cells of SGC-823 gastric carcinoma in cell cultures with ginseng volatile oil, glycogen, succinate dehydrogenase and DNA in single cells were measured quantitatively with MPV₂ microscope photometer. The results show that the inhibition of cancer cell growth by ginseng volatile oil may be due to the action of metabolism of DNA, carbohydrates and energy.
