摘 要 ：薄层色谱扫描(TLCS)技术运用于传统中药方剂研究,独具特色。经扫描所得的特征指纹图谱,不是简单的一个或两个组分的表现,而是一个群体的多组分存在的客观描述,因而能够较真实地反映传统方剂内在质量的全貌。

Abstract:Thin-layer chromato-scanning (TLCS) is very characteristic for the identification of traditional Chinese medicines, for the chromatogram shows total properties of the medicine instead of a few chemical components. This method is therefore conducive to the examination of the overall quality of traditional Chinese medicines.
