Abstract:This paper preaents a brief account of the sources of Genus Cordyceps(Fr．)from Guizhou(with a key to them)．as well as a desc ription of Cordyceps gunnii which is morphologically similar to C．sinensis，thus providing a reference for development and use of the plant．
