摘 要 ：包公藤甲素与5-二甲氨基-萘磺酰氯的荧光衍生物,在激发波长350nm,发射波长500nm时,其荧光强度相应于包甲素苯甲酸盐1～4nmol/ml范围内呈直线关系。

Abstract:The intensity of fluorescence of the derivative of baogongteng A (2β-hydroxy-6β-acetoxynortropane) with dansyl-Cl shows that a linear relationship exists over the concentration range of 1～4nmol/ml of baogongteng A at the exciting wavelength of 350nm and the emission wavelength of 500nm.
