摘 要 ：本文研究了寒凉、温热药对大鼠心率和多巴胺-β-羟化酶(DβH)活性的影响。结果:寒1方(知母、黄柏石膏、龙胆草),寒2方(知母、黄柏),寒3方(知母、石膏),寒4方(知母)均使心率、DβH活性降低。寒1方使血、脑酶活性降低。热1方(附子、干姜、肉桂)使心率和血、肾上腺、脑干DβH活性增强。

Abstract:The effect on heart rate and DβH activity of rats fed with cold and hot natured decoction was studied, results: the cold prescription 1(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Radix Gentianae, Cortex Phelodendri, Gypsum Fibrosum), cold prescription 2 (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Cortex Phelodendri), cold prescription 3 (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Gypsum Fibrosum) and cold prescription 4 (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) made the heart rate and DβH activity in adrenal gland decrease. The DβH activity of blood and brain in cold prescription 1 group decreased also. Hot 1 decoction (Radix Aconiti Praparata, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Radix Glycyrrhizae) made the heart rate and the DβH activity in blood, adrenal gland and brain stem of rats increase.
