摘 要 ：本文报告了蛇床子水溶性提取物,通过Ames、离体细胞的姐妹染色单体互换及活体小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和多染红细胞微核试验,表明了它有较强的抗诱变作用。

Abstract:In this report, the result of a screening test for antimutagenicity of the water extract of the fruits of Cnidium monnieri is described. Evaluation of the antimutagenic activity was carried out by using the Ames system, the sister-chromatid exchanges in vitro, the micronucleus test and the chromosome aberrations in mice bone marrow cells in vivo.
