摘 要 ：<正> 当代药剂学是物理药剂学和生物药剂学向纵深发展的临床药剂学时期,将进一步研究药品与人的关系和效用。中药剂型现代化也需与时代同步。因此,弄清并提高中药品生物利用度,溶出率,创造有时代水平的新产品、新剂型是我们中药科研人员的职责。而以中药提取物制备中成药,显然是去粗取精,采用新辅料,提高药品溶出率和生物利用度,研制控释制剂和靶向给药的必要条件。可见,中药提取工艺现代化是中药工业现代化、中药剂型现代化的重要内容之一。事实上,在祖国医药学汤剂的基础上,近年来迅速发展起来的以中药提取物制备中成药的生产工艺已成为中药生产工业的重要组成部分了。就中药工业企业的任务而言,应是以尽可能的低

Abstract:Pharmaceutics of the time has promoted the development of extract preparations of Chinese traditional drugs. For pharmaceutical circles rationality of extraction technology has become a matter of concern. This paper puts forward some ideas on the extraction theory of Chinese traditional drugs, some calculations of counter-current extraction in extraction battery, research and evaluation methods of extraction technology of Chinese traditional drugs and some main technical points of extraction process.
