尔 、 印度及马来西亚亦产 。 兔耳兰为地生或半附生草本 , 一般见于海拔 2 200 米以下的林内 , 或 附生 于树
上 . 岩石上。 属名 C y m ib id u m 源自希腊文 引喻该属植物具舟形的唇瓣 , 种加词 al n ic f ol iu m意为 “ 员
披针叶的 ” . 该植物具假鳞茎 , 外有 4 一 6 枚鞘 ; 叶 2 一 4 枚 , 长 了一 20 厘米 , 宽 3 一 4 厘米 , 先 端 边 缘
具细齿 , 叶柄与歼近等长 ; 花 3 一 6 ( 8 ) 朵 , 白色而带紫红色斑块 , 蕊往长约 1 . 5厘米 . 野外花期 5一 7
月 . 相近的种无齿兔耳兰 ( C . aj va 耐cu o B I . ) 的区别在于花绿色而稍带肉质 , 花瓣较短而宽 ( 长 1 . 7 倾
米 . 宽6 . 6毫米 ) ; 叶先端无齿 , 花期也较晚 ( 10 一 1 2月 ) 。 据在雁山植物园栽培观察 , 兔耳兰花草出土时
间为 92 年 10 月29 日 , 至 1 月 25 日方开第一朵花 , 以后每隔 4 一 了天开一朵 12 月 2 5 日第一朵花落 . 至 93 年
1 月 1 1日花全部凋落 。 兔耳兰叶形奇特 . 花朵秀雅 . 其香幽淡 , 颇具栽培价值 。 除观赏外 . 全草入药有润
肺 、 续筋之效 .
