天料木属一新种

深圳天料木(新种)
Homalium shenzhenense G.S.Fan et P.Wang sp.nov.
本种近似于红花天料木(Homalium hainanense
Gagnep.),但花序长于叶片 、花淡黄色 、花瓣较萼片
为大 、萼片内面被毛而易于区别.
乔木 ,高 10 m ,除花序外 ,全株无毛.叶薄革
质 ,椭圆形 ,长 6 ～ 11 cm ,宽 3 ～ 4.5 cm ,先端短尖 ,
基部稍钝 ,边缘浅波状 ,侧脉 6 ～ 9 对;叶柄长 10 ～
12 mm.总状花序腋生 ,连花序柄长 7 ～ 14 cm ,中轴
稍被柔毛;花淡黄色 , 5数 ,2 ～ 3 花簇生于花序轴
上;花柄长 1 ～ 2 mm ,被柔毛.近花柄处有关节;萼
管长 1 mm ,被柔毛 ,裂片长 1.0 ～ 1.3 mm ,宽 0.15
～ 0.20 mm ,外面被毛 ,内面被柔毛 ,边缘被睫毛;
花瓣长1.8 ～ 2.0 mm ,宽 0.7 ～ 0.8 mm;花丝长 2 ～
3 mm ,无毛;子房无毛;花柱 5 ,无毛.
模式:深圳植物园 3585 ,中国 ,广东 ,深圳 ,人
工栽培作行道树 ,起源不详;1998年 7月 3日采(模
式存西南林学院植物标本馆SWFC).
A nova species affinis Homalio hainanensi Gag-
nep., sed differt inflorescentis longioribus quam laminis;
floribus fulvidis;petalis longioribus et latioribus quam
sepalis;sepalis interne pubescentibus.
Tree , 10 m.high , no hair but inflorescence.Leaf
thin coriaceous , elliptic , 6 ～ 11 cm long , 3 ～ 4.5 cm
wide , short acute at apex , a little obtuse at base , shallow
undulate along margin , lateral veins 6 ～ 9 per side;stalk
of leaf 10 ～ 12 mm long.Raceme axillary , 7 ～ 14 cm
long;peduncle with slightly pubescence.Flower slightly
yellow , 5-numerous;2 ～ 3 flowers fascinating on pe-
duncle;stalk of flower 1 ～ 2 mm.long , pubescence.
There is a articulate at base of pedicle;tube of calyx 1
mm.long ,with pubescence;sepals 1.0 ～ 1.3 mm.long ,
0.15 ～ 0.20 mm.wide ,with pubescence outside and in-
side , ciliate along margin;petals 1.8 ～ 2.0 mm.long ,
0.7 ～ 0.8mm.wide;filaments 2 ～ 3mm.long ,no hair;
ovary no hair;styles 5 ,no hair.
Type:Shenzhen Botanical Garden No.3585 , CHI-
NA , Guangdong Province , Shenzhen City , plantation at
side of streets as landscape trees;July 3 ,1998(Type in
SWFC).
This new species is similar to Homalium haina-
nense Gagnep.,but its different characters are following:
flower slightly yellow;petals are much bigger than sepa-
ls;sepals with hair inside and outside.
