人参伪品箭叶秋葵的鉴别

　　近期在铜陵市场上有村民兜售鲜“人参” , 该品种乍看外
形酷似人参 ,村民自述为从外地带回种子 , 自家种植的 , 为当
年生品种 ,视为罕物。
为探其究竟 ,笔者在其家中实地考察 , 发现该品种为锦葵
科植物箭叶秋葵 Abelmoschus sagittifolius(Kutz)Merr.的根。植
株尚未凋零 ,花果均有 , 压有标本。现就鉴别要点简述如下。
原植物鉴别:该植物根膨大形似人参 , 地上植株高约 40
～ 70 cm , 直茎杆多分枝 , 单叶互生 ,叶戟形 ,叶面粗糙 , 全株被
细白毛 ,叶柄 、果柄长约 5～ 7 cm ,果实着生于枝的上端 , 单生
叶腋处 ,花两性 , 红色 ,离瓣花 5 裂 ,单体雄蕊 , 蒴果薄革质 ,卵
形或长圆形具五棱 ,成熟后变黑 ,种子多数 , 肾形 ,似苘麻子。
根 、果花含粘液质。
性状鉴别:主根肉质膨大 , 呈人字形或圆柱形 , 上端有不
明显的横纹 ,中部横纹明显 , 无芦头 ,根顶部有残留茎基 ,显柴
性 ,略显青色 , 下面有支根 2～ 3条 , 须根细长 , 外形似人参 ,鲜
品质地似白萝卜 ,表皮淡黄白色 , 断面白色 ,略显粉性 , 有筋脉
点突起的同心环 ,味甘淡 ,鲜品切开断面有较强的粘性 , 嚼之
有粘感(表 1)。

伪品新品种的内容 , 如不加以鉴别 ,很容易受骗上当 , 应引起
有关方面的注意。
