Abstract:This paper reviews advances in studies on genetic structure and hybridization in plant molecular ecology. Besides discussing the species biological characteristics and ecological factors influencing genetic structure, this paper further emphasizes the importance of demographic genetic structure study. Meanwhile, molecular techniques are much better than traditional morphological methods in hybridi
