Abstract:TostudytheextractiontechnologyandantidiabeticactivityofactivesubstancesfromInonotus
obliquus(Fr)Pila,Inonotusobliquuswasextractedbyethanolandthentheextractswerefurthersepara
tedbydiferentorganicsolvents.Theresiduewasextractedbyhotwater.Thecomponentcontentofac
tiveingredientswasdeterminedusingstandardcurves.Andactivitieswereevaluatedbyscavengingefect
onhydroxylradical(·OH)andsuperoixideanion(O-2·)andinhibitionefectonαamylaseandαgly
cosidase.Fouractivecomponentswerereceivedandthefourfractionshadstrongscavengingactivity
against·OHandO-2.Particularly,theethylacetatesolublefractionhadthestrongestactivity.Theetha
nolextractsandcrudepolysaccharideshadinhibitoryactivityagainstαamylaseandαglycosidase,re
spectively.ThestudyconfirmedthatInonotusobliquushadantioxidantandantidiabeticactivies,which
wererelatedtotypeandcontentofactivesubstances.
