摘 要 ：红螺菌(Rhodospirillumsp.)是在多种不同生境中广泛存在的光合细菌中的一类,它在水产养殖上也得到了广泛应用。报道了不同生长阶段红螺菌在饥饿环境中的存活能力。红螺菌在饥饿环境中的存活能力提高。分批培养过程中,同时测定红螺菌数和可培养活菌数的变化表明,静止期生长期后的红螺菌难以在固体培养基上形成菌落,进入非可培养状态。进入非可培养状态的红螺菌经复苏培养后仍可恢复在固体培养基上形成菌落的能力,成为可培养活细菌。这些都表明静止期后的红螺菌逐渐进入休眠状态。复苏培养实验表明红螺菌进入休眠状态是由于培养基中的营养基中的营养枯竭和培养过程中积累的某些生化成分诱导引起的。

Abstract:Rhodospirillum sp.is one of the most important member of photosynthetic bacteria,and can be found in a variety of natural habitats.Studies on the growth and starvation survival of Rhodospirillum sp.are essential for the understanding of the adaptation of bacteria to their natural environments and for the understanding of their contribution to the energy transfer and nutrients recycling in ecosystems.
