摘 要 ：将 1 994年从内蒙古不同地区和吉林采集到的羊草 ( Leymuschinensis)种子进行栽培试验 ,分析了 5个样点 (阿旗、定位站、西乌旗、谢尔塔拉、吉林 )的羊草在不同浓度聚乙二醇 ( PEG=0 %、1 5%、3 0 %)的胁迫下 ,及不同胁迫时间 ( 1 2 h、2 4 h、3 6h)条件下 ,叶片游离脯氨酸和水分的含量。通过聚类分析表明 :不同地理种群的羊草按水分胁迫后游离脯氨酸含量和水分含量都可划分成 3类 ,而且所得的结果基本相似。结果还证明 ,抗旱性强的样品游离脯氨酸积累时间长 ,维持积累量大 ;羊草的抗旱性与脯氨酸积累特性与其生境有相当的联系。
