Abstract:For confirming the sensitivity of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.fragariae to main triazole fungicides and taking prevention and control measures, 12 strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.fragariae were isolated from Shandong Province, the sensitivities of 12 strains to 4 triazole fungicides were measured by the rate of increment of colony diameter. The results showed that EC50 values to the 12 strains for tebuconazole, diniconazole, difenoconazole and myclobutanil ranged from 0.1107 to 1.1670, from 0.1446 to 2.2586, from 0.1307 to 9.0317 and from 1.1969 to 60.9270 μg·mL-1, respectively. The sensitivity of strain LY002 to difenoconazole and myclobutanil was low, strain ZY002 was the most sensitive strain to difenoconazole, its toxicity ratio was 69.10-fold compared to strain LY002, and strain TA005 was the most sensitive strain to myclobutanil, its toxicity ratio was 50.90-fold compared to strain LY002. The sensitivity of strain TA002 to diniconazole and strain TZ004 to tebuconazole were both lower, and the strain LY001 were both sensitive to these two fungicides. These results indicated that 12 strains with significantly difference in their sensitivities to four triazole fungicides.
