Abstract:There was good relationship between winter wheat yield and molybdenum value in soil culture experimens, when the molybdenum value was up to 8. 0, the yleid of winter wheat was over 90 percent of the maximum yield. But the further increase of Mo value by adding more molybdenum fertilizer did not significantly increase yield. This result could be proved by field trials, the relationship between the increase rate of wheat yield and soil available Mo content was poor. however, wheat yield was increased significantiy by application molybdenum fertilizer when soil molybdenum value was below 8. 0 to 8. 5.
