摘 要 ：作者分离并提纯了马铃薯和番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)的致病因子交链孢酸。在查明对番茄具有致病性的基础上,研究了多种化合物对交链孢酸的钝化作用。结果表明,供试的氨基酸对交链孢酸的植物毒性没有影响,而K_2HPO_4、KH_2PO_4、KMnO_4、FeSO_4、MnSO_4和柠檬酸铁等化合物均能减轻其植物毒性。这些化合物对A.solani的孢子萌发及菌丝生长没有影响,却能特异性地钝化交链孢酸。这种钝化作用与浓度有关,浓度愈高,钝化作用愈强烈。各种钝化物对番茄早疫病在离体叶片及植株上的防治效果分别为55.7％～75.1％和55.3％～65.8％。
