摘 要 ：菜粉蝶Pieris rapae L.卵产出后约3—110小时内分5次用25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号(苏脲1号)胶悬剂药液浸渍处理,研究结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅲ号对菜粉蝶卵有强烈触杀作用,能抑制胚胎的合核分裂,阻止子核和胚盘形成,卵黄减少,卵壳削弱,胚膜、羊膜断裂或局部缺如,胚带、胚层和胚体离解,已形成的体壁内表皮断裂,器官原型或器官碎裂消解。上述症状表明胚胎的 DNA、蛋白质和几丁质代谢受到扰乱。
