摘 要 ：研究了农抗120对西瓜枯萎病菌和西瓜幼苗的作用。结果表明,农抗120对西瓜枯萎病菌孢子的萌发和菌丝的形态无明显影响,对孢子的形成和菌丝生长有一定抑制作用,能够提高西瓜幼苗抗枯萎病菌毒素致萎的能力和幼苗体内过氧化物酶活性。说明农抗120的防病机制是通过抑制病原菌和提高植株抗病性而起作用的。
