摘 要 ：根据霜冻害的观测和调查资料，进行气候学研究，阐述了我国冬小麦发生霜冻害的生长发育时段、最低气温范围、地区分布规律和年际变化趋势，讨论了防御霜冻害中值得注意的几个间题。

Abstract:Based on the data of frost damage observation and survey，a climatological study was engaged. The region distribution，tendency of interannual variation，harm period and minimun air temperature were expounded. Finaly，some problems of defence were also discussed in frost damage.
