摘 要 ：目的：对大藻的化学成分进行研究。方法：利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离，根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：分离并鉴定了４个化合物，分别为豆甾-４，２２-二烯-３-酮、豆甾醇、硬脂酸豆甾醇酯和棕榈酸。结论：４个化合物均首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Pistia stratiotes,a kind of duckweed.Method:Compounds were separated by chromatography on sillica gel,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.Result:Four compounds were obtained and identified as stigmasta 4,22 dien 3 one,stigmasterol,stigmasteryl stearate and palmitic acid.Conclusion:All the four compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
